Children & Young People

We are committed to welcoming children and young people to the family of God and encouraging them to trust and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

We aim to provide a loving and secure environment in which they can grow and learn, and to include them in as many aspects of Church life as possible.

On a Sunday morning the children and young people stay in the service for about fifteen minutes before leaving for their own groups; Livewire for children aged 3 to 10 years and Fuse for young people aged 10 to 14 years. We also have a supervised Crèche for babies and children under the age of 3.

Our Midweek Activities such as Chatterbox and Youth Club offer further age appropriate fun and activities during the week. Family Fun events are held throughout the year, particularly during school holidays and our Summer Holiday Club is often the highlight of the summer holidays.

All children and young people's workers are DBS checked in accordance with our Church Child Protection Policy. We also have an appointed Children's Advocate who acts as voice for children in the decision making processes of the church and is a contact person should there arise cause for concern.
